Super Rare 1957 IH Golden Jubilee Model A102 Pickup Truck

    

Built in 1957 to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of International Trucks~!  IH offered 1 (one) to each dealer with only a portion of those dealers taking delivery.  These Special Trucks were painted white with gold.  Don't be fooled by another truck offered by International, the more common "Anniversay" Truck which had colours other than gold.  This paticular "Golden Jubilee" Truck was built May 31, 1957 for Owhee Truck & Implement in Ontario, Oregon.  The VIN is SA20604 and came equiped with a BD-220 6 cylinder gas engine, T-1 manual 3 spd (on column) transmission, RA-3 single 4.09 axle, chrome front & rear bumpers, chrome grille insert and gas cap assenbly, hydraulic brakes, dual electric horns, 18 gal right side fuel tank, dual chrome cowl  mirrors, dual electric wipers, tinted glass, heater, defroster, custom pickup body with gold (407) and white (902) paint.  This truck was painted a dark brown years ago, but you can see the gold beneath the brown paint in places.  The truck is in running condition with the brakes being rebuilt recently.  The seat and door panels were recovered but with inapproprate fabric and pattern.  It is 98% complete with only a few minor items missing  (the tubular spare tire carrier).  This sale includes the hard to find chrome/stainless trim, headlight bezels, 2 NOS International emblems (missing one for the tailgate) and missing one "A-110" emblem.  Also has the hubcaps, chrome bumper, grille and impossible to find NOS rear tail-light lenses.  Additionally, it comes with a 1958 A100 parts truck to help complete the restoration, an original owners manual and line setting ticket.  Recently, two models of this truck (restored) were sold in auction, one for $32,000 USD and the other at Mecum for $52,000 USD!  Needing a complete restoration, but well worth the effort.  A Genuine Blue Chip Collector Truck and a Must Have for an International Enthusiast.  This vehicle is located in Oregon, priced at $7,900 USD and is open to serious offers.  Contact ScoutpluSS!! at scoutpluss@telus.net or give us a call for further details...

1975 International Harvester Scout II

    

Purchased in 1976 from International Harvester Canada.  It was previously driven by the sales manager for 11 months. I drove it until 1979 until the body rusted badly. I heard that International would be stopping production of the Scout after 1980 so I ordered all new parts for a 1980 model. I stored my Scout until 1997 then reassembled everything with the new parts and a small block Chevy and drove it to Springfield in 1998 were I won 1^st in class (Wild Modified). Took it off the road and stored it until 2008 where I again drove it to Springfield where I won 1^st in class again.  This Beautiful Scout was SOLD to a proud new owner in California~!  Congrats Billy~!  SOLD~!
